Reference request by Anglo-Saxon Petroleum Company for site at Kowloon, mentioned in Colonial Office telegra December 14th.
Proposed site is open to objection in that it is too close to approved Admiralty tanks thereby affording Pincreased chance of successful air attack and too close to Whitfield barracks. It seems possible thet site more isolated, more remote from buildings, and more in accordance with provisions of 489 M. of ? Werseas Defence Committee, could be found.
